2010

• Reached 25-year milestone of caring for more than 2 million patients; treating 716,000 emergencies; delivering 31,000 babies and providing more than $375 million in charity care for our indigent and medically underinsured patients.

2009

• Opened Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children at North Suburban Medical Center, to offer our youngest patients access to the area’s top pediatric providers and the widest array of preventative, diagnostic and medical treatments available in Colorado.
• Earned 100% Achievement Scores in Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ quality efforts related to heart attack and heart failure care.

2008

• Implemented ERGENT Care, a fast-track urgent care service in ER, providing prompt assessment and treatment for our patients with less serious injuries and illnesses.
• Acquired Park Center and Applewood Imaging centers, extending out-patient diagnostic services to Northern communities.
• Launched free Baby on the Way Club to help families approach pregnancy, labor, birth and parenting with confidence.

2007

• Completed $3.2 million upgrade of North Suburban Medical Center’s imaging technology, helping doctors expedite the diagnosis of disease and life-threatening illnesses – all at more comfort to patients.
• Designated as a Mentor hospital in the Institute for Healthcare Improvement's landmark 100,000 Lives Campaign.
