Birth Essentials Express: Childbirth Preparation for Exceptionally Busy Parents-To-Be

Birth Essentials Express is designed for busy people. It offers an overview of the basics of childbirth, as well as providing essential techniques to help you prepare for your delivery. A hospital tour of North Suburban's Women's Center is also included.

This class is a condensed version of the four-week long Birth Essentials class.

North Suburban's Birth Essentials Express is 6 hours and costs $45 per person/couple.
